How do I place an order?
To initiate the order process, please complete the order inquiry form with a detailed description of your event and the dessert items you would like, and you will be contacted to confirm your order.

How far in advance should I place my order?
A minimum of 3 calendar days to finalize your order upon receipt of payment and confirmation of order details.

Can I customize my order?
Yes, in most cases, we will do custom orders depending on the complexity of your vision. Please complete the order inquiry form to fill us in on the details of the custom order you would like.

How do I store my cake pops?
Store cake pops in a cool, dry place for up to a week. Refrigeration, in an airtight container) extends the their lifespan to 2 weeks, while freezing keeps them fresh for up to 3 months.

Do you have any Gluten-free or Vegan options?
We currently do not have an Gluten-free or Vegan options. Also note the following Allergy Warning: Menu items may contain or come into contact with wheat, eggs, nuts and milk.

Do you have setup and/or delivery services?
Yes, we provide an option for on-site dessert delivery and setup for a nominal fee.

Do you ship orders?
No, we do not ship orders. We currently only serve Raleigh-Durham, NC and surrounding areas.

Can I remit payment online?
For accurate order processing, payment options will be provided to you upon order confirmation.
We do accept Debt, Credit and Cash payments.

I'm unsure about how I want my desserts decorated. Can you help?
